Insurance & Pricing

We offer flexible and affordable payment options Whether you’re insured or uninsured, BeWell Medical Clinic has payment options to support you.

Here's what to know when paying with insurance.

We accept most insurance plans. However, we recommend contacting your insurance company before your visit to make sure we’re in network and to verify coverage for the specific service you’re seeking. This will prepare you for any out-of-pocket costs (including deductibles) that you might be responsible for.

To help determine if your insurance is accepted, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Call the member service information number located on the back of your insurance card.
  2. Inform your insurance that you will be visiting BeWell Medical Clinic.
  3. Confirm your benefits and coverage for the specific service you’re seeking.
  4. If you learn that the service you’re seeking is not covered, you can still visit BeWell Medical Clinic and choose another method of payment. You can check our Price List to see how much the service will cost.
  5. You can do a preliminary check online before you call.

BeWell Medical Clinic is open and operating under regular business hours. We are continuing to care for our patients by providing virtual appointments.

We are providing Telehealth appointments (e.g. telephone consults or virtual video consults) for all patients. Please call us to book or visit our website to book with your MyHealthAccess account. Telehealth visits can be particularly useful if you have travelled recently, you are self-isolating, you are a high risk patient (i.e. over 70, chronic health issues), have no need for physical examination, or if repeat prescriptions are needed.

As a precautionary measure, we are ONLY booking appointments in the clinic for patients receiving injections (i.e. Trigger Point Injection therapy, hormone shots, or vitamin shots). If you have a scheduled in-office appointment that has been pre-approved by our team, please plan on keeping this appointment unless you are experiencing symptoms, such as fever, cough, congestion, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of breath. If you are a patient who is experiencing these symptoms, please call or email us for further instruction.

As we all continue to navigate the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want you to know that we are doing everything that we can to protect the wellbeing of our BeWell Medical team members, all of our patients and everyone in the communities that we serve. We are committed to serving and supporting our communities during this time.

Our clinic follows the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety, and in the spirit of extra precaution, we have significantly increased our already thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures for our medical clinic.

We are here to support our communities by administering high-quality care as we all continue to monitor the coronavirus situation very closely.
